ABOUT

Doris McGill is a writer, comedian, actor and narrative designer from New York, now living in Los Angeles. A drama major at LaGuardia High School, Doris moved on to be a member of the inaugural class of the Muse Scholars Program at CUNY Hunter, where she designed her own major studying foreign language and film studies. Through the Muse Scholars, Doris was able to expand her college experience, studying in Europe for two years at multiple universities including the Sorbonne, Freie Universit​ät Berlin and the Universitat de Barcelona. 

 

She is known for her screenwriting and production, including the award winning comedy webseries "Trying Hard". Currently, she works as a writer in narrative design for mobile app based gaming and content.
